How it works

Session options:

  • Intensive package: ยฃ999 – 8 sessions rolled out over 3 months, including initial assessment package
  • One-off session: 1 hour, ยฃ150 – a chance to explore your triggers and communicate with hurt parts

We can talk through what will work best for you in your first session
