Somatic Attachment Therapy

Session options:
- One-off session: 2 hours (with 15minute reflection break), ยฃ250 – a chance to explore your main challenge and develop practical tools to navigate your situation with more confidence
- Intensive package: Three Month Intensive: 6 sessions over three months + personalised resources,ย ยฃ999 – a coaching programme designed to provide consistent, focused support to help you build confidence, develop practical tools, and make meaningful, lasting changes over time.
