Ongoing Therapy: Deep, Lasting Change

While a single session can provide clarity and practical tools, some challenges benefit from regular, ongoing support. Weekly therapy sessions allow you to gradually explore patterns, process past experiences, and build new ways of thinking, feeling, and relating. For issues like low self-esteem, anxiety, or attachment wounds, a course of at least six sessions gives the time needed to create meaningful, lasting change.

Through CBT and somatic attachment therapy, we work together to

  • Identify and shift limiting beliefs that keep you stuck
  • Process emotional experiences and release tension held in the body
  • Develop practical strategies to respond differently to triggers
  • Strengthen your sense of self-worth and emotional resilience

How It Works

Each session lasts 50 minutes and is priced at £90, or you can book a block of six sessions for £490. Sessions are focused, supportive, and designed to build on each other so you can make real, lasting change.
