Sometimes you donโt need months of therapy to start feeling better. Single Session Therapy (SST) is a focused, powerful form of psychotherapy designed to help you gain clarity, insight and practical change all in one session.
Think of it as a deep reset for your mind and confidence. In one carefully guided session you can

How It Works
Your session is two hours long, including a 15 minute break to reflect, rest and decide what you want for the next part of the session. This gives you space to process insights and fully engage in the work.
Prior to the session you will receive a questionnaire, completing this means you are likely to gain more from the session
Towards the end of the session we will clarify your plan and next steps, giving you guidance on further resources if needed
You will receive an email with an outline of your next steps
The session is priced at ยฃ250 and every minute is dedicated to helping you feel clearer, lighter and more empowered.
