What is the Single Session Package?
The Single Session Package is a focused 2-hour coaching session designed to help you make meaningful progress on the issue, habit, or pattern causing you the most distress, frustration, or uncertainty right now.
Together, we’ll explore what’s really going on beneath the surface, identify the core wound, belief, fear, or pattern driving the issue, and work with a personalised intervention tailored specifically to you. You’ll leave with practical tools, techniques, and insights that, when implemented, can create significant change in your life.
What makes this different?
Most coaching sessions last around an hour. This session gives us two full hours, allowing us to go deeper without feeling rushed.
After the first hour, we’ll take a 15-minute break to pause, reflect on the work we’ve done, and decide how best to use the remainder of the session. This gives you space to process what has emerged, ask questions, and ensure you get the most from our time together.
Following the session, you’ll receive:
- A personalised audio somatic or meditation practice to support your progress
- Seven days of troubleshooting and support, allowing you to ask questions, overcome obstacles, and integrate what you’ve learned.
This level of follow-up support is something I rarely see offered, yet it’s often the difference between having an insight and creating lasting change.

What We’ll Do Together
Before The Session
You’ll complete a pre-session questionnaire so I can understand your situation and where you feel most stuck.
During Your 2-Hour Intensive
We’ll focus on the issue that is causing you the greatest distress or holding you back in some area of your life, and support you with a personalised intervention designed to create meaningful and lasting change.
After the first hour, we’ll take a 15-minute break. This gives us both an opportunity to pause, reflect on the work we’ve done, and decide how best to use the remainder of the session to deepen and integrate the changes you’ve already begun to experience.
Afterwards The Session:
I will encourage the following:
- You take the time and space to truly reflect on the session and consider how you can use it to even support other areas
- I will provide resources (mention below) for you to practice out of the session, plus any other tools you take-away
You will receive:
✓ A personalised journal with your key insights, tools, and next steps.
✓ A bespoke somatic/experiential practice – such as affirmations, visualisation, or nervous system exercises, tailored specifically to you and your activated wounds
✓ After a week of integration and using your practices, you’ll have 7 days of direct chat support with me (person-to-person, not AI) to help you apply what you’ve learned, work through what’s still coming up, and stay consistent as you continue the process
