How It Works

Your session lasts up to 2 hours and includes a 15 minute intentional reflection break. This space is built in so you can pause, settle, and process what has come up so far, and decide what feels most important for the next part of the session. It also allows Carly Ann to thoughtfully tune into what you need in the moment, so the work stays aligned with you rather than a rigid plan.

Once your session is booked, you will receive a welcome email containing your session agreement, a short questionnaire to help Carly Ann understand your needs, intentions, and areas of focus, along with the link to join your call.

The questionnaire helps you slow down and gather your thoughts before the session, so you do not feel like you have to hold everything in your head at once.

Following your session, you will receive a personalised follow up email containing reflections, insights, and any agreed resources or recommendations to support your continued growth and integration.
